Next day delivery
Investments Hardware Ltd. Next Day Delivery program
covers only the GTA. To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders
must be placed before 3:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee
an exact hour of the day for delivery. Weekends and major
holidays are excluded.
Freight Policy
Investments Hardware Ltd. reserves the right to charge
freight and handling fees, including, without limitation,
fees for small orders-less that $200.00, rural and/or rush
deliveries or special handling.
Return Policy
Any cancellation or return must first be approved by Investments
Hardware Ltd., be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may
be subject to restocking and other charges. Any returns due
to shipping errors, damage or loss must immediately be reported
to Investments Hardware Ltd.. For returns not related to damage
or loss during shipping, product must be returned within 30
days of shipment and be in original package and resalable
condition. Some exceptions may apply.
Restocking Charges
An ordering entity may request that Investments Hardware
Ltd. accept return of merchandise already delivered. If the
return or cancellation is required through no fault of Investments
Hardware Ltd, then IHL may request 15% or less (plus freight)
of the original cost of the materials as a restocking charge
or order cancellation fee.
Product Availability and Special Orders
Some special order items as indicated in the catalogue must
meet manufacturer’s minimum order quantity requirements
at time of order, and may require additional shipping time.
